Strawberry cocoa muffins recipe:
310 grams flour
280 grams brown sugar
80 grams cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
270 ml water
180 grams oil
1 tsp vanilla (extract or essence)
chopped strawberries (as many as you’d like) (you can sub the strawberries for a cup of chopped bananas, blueberries, raspberries, etc).
Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, the baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the water, the vanilla, and the oil. Beat for a minute or two. Stir in the strawberries.
Fill each muffin tin up to 3/4 with the batter, and bake (between 15 to 30 minutes).
Yields about 14 normal sized muffins.
